Meet Kristy Casper, LCSW
Clinician | EMDR Certified Therapist
Hi, I’m Kristy. I feel most at home spending time with my family, walking through my neighborhood, or working in my garden. I love watching plants grow and flourish, and I also appreciate quiet winter days spent at home with my two children and my cat.
I bring that same warmth and patience into therapy. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can process what you have experienced, recognize your strengths, and make meaningful changes on your own terms.

Who May Be a Good Fit
Kristy brings both clinical training and personal understanding to her work with grief and caregivers. Her own experiences with significant loss taught her how important it can be to find a therapist who can sit with grief without rushing, minimizing, or trying to fix it.
She also helps care for a family member with dementia. This experience gives her a practical understanding of the emotional strain of supporting someone you love while also managing your own health, relationships, responsibilities, and daily life.
As an EMDR Certified Therapist, Kristy can help clients process trauma and experiences that continue to affect their emotions, relationships, and sense of safety. Her approach is warm, patient, and grounded in the belief that caregivers need care and support, too.
