Who May Be a Good Fit
Julie may be a good fit if you feel anxious, angry, overwhelmed, affected by trauma, or stuck in a difficult relationship pattern. You may need a place to sort through what is weighing on you and develop practical ways to respond differently.
She also works with couples who want support understanding their concerns, processing emotions, improving communication, and finding workable solutions together.
Julie is especially well suited for clients who want therapy to feel warm, collaborative, and human. She respects that you are the expert on your own life and supports you in making changes that reflect your goals rather than someone else’s expectations.
What Makes Julie’s Approach Different
Julie describes herself as a supporting character in each client’s journey. She brings clinical experience and practical guidance while keeping the client’s needs, values, and choices at the center of therapy.
Her sessions balance emotional processing with concrete problem-solving. You will have space to unpack what feels heavy, explore what is contributing to your distress, and practice tools that can be used outside the therapy room.
Julie’s warmth, down-to-earth style, and use of appropriate humor help make therapy feel approachable. Her goal is for clients to leave sessions with greater clarity, relief, and confidence in their ability to take the next step.
