Meet Kerrie Ryan, LMSW
Clinician | Internationally Credentialed Sandtray Therapist
Hi, I’m Kerrie. I provide individual and group therapy for adolescents and adults and have more than 10 years of experience in mental-health and substance-use treatment. I have supported people navigating co-occurring concerns, crisis situations, and the often-complicated process of rebuilding stability.
Outside the therapy room, I’m a wife and a mom to a college student. I love crafting and value the quiet, creative space it gives me to slow down and recharge.

Who May Be a Good Fit
Kerrie may be a good fit if you are an adolescent or adult who feels anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about your next steps. You may understand that something needs to change but need practical tools and a manageable place to begin.
She also works with clients rebuilding confidence after difficult experiences or significant life changes. This includes women navigating infertility, identity shifts, changing relationships, and the emotional stress that can accompany these experiences.
Kerrie has extensive experience supporting people with both mental-health and substance-use concerns. She provides a nonjudgmental space where clients can address the full picture of what they are experiencing without being reduced to a diagnosis or one part of their history.
What Makes Kerrie’s Approach Different
Kerrie combines practical, evidence-informed therapy with the creative and experiential process of sandtray therapy. Sandtray can help clients explore emotions, patterns, and experiences that may be difficult to organize or communicate through conversation alone.
Her background in mental-health treatment, substance-use care, and crisis stabilization gives her a grounded understanding of how complicated recovery can be. She helps clients identify realistic next steps without expecting everything to change at once.
Kerrie believes mental and physical health are deeply connected. Her style is warm, collaborative, and practical, with an emphasis on helping clients feel heard, respected, and capable of building on the strengths they already have.
